As the Assistant Director of Housing Operations at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø, I oversee housing assignments, occupancy management, and the implementation of housing processes to ensure a smooth residential experience for students. 

I also manage summer housing and non-Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø internship housing, providing support to students and external partners throughout the year. With 16 years of progressive experience in higher education, I bring a wealth of knowledge in housing operations, student services, and staff development. I collaborate closely with campus partners to support student success and am certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which I use to strengthen team development and student engagement.
