Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø

As the Assistant Director for Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Outdoors, I help support this student-run organization that provides access to the outdoors for all at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø. I work closely with the Director and student leaders by providing resources, technical training, mentorship, and leadership development. Prior to arriving at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø, I enjoyed a fulfilling career with the North Carolina Outward Bound School. For over a decade, I served the school in various roles that fueled my passion for using outdoor experiences as a catalyst for personal growth. I have worked as a Lead Instructor, Logistics Manager, Course Director, and, more recently, as the Program Director for the Table Rock Basecamp. When I’m not supporting students, I spend my time biking, whitewater paddling in the area or at the local whitewater center, playing with my dog, and hosting football viewing nights. I continue to carry a passion for using the outdoors as a tool to develop future leaders because of the many lessons it can teach.
